Privacy Notice

This notice is to explain why I collect your personal data, what I do with it, and to assure that what I do is in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);


Your information

The only information that has to be provided on my contact form is a name and email address, which I will retain only in my secure email history. As an approved Business Partner of PhD Interactive Ltd, they may at your request send me the contact details they have on file for you, so that I can get in touch with you to help you with your website. I retain these contact details only in my email history.


How your information is used

Your information is only used so that I can email or call you, or invoice you once my work for you is completed. Your information is not passed on or used for any form of marketing, by myself or third parties


How I protect your information

Any contact details or personal information I receive during my work with clients is kept in email history that I have sole access to. I keep a copy of any invoices I may send you on my computer, in a secure encrypted area.


Accessing or removing information

You have the right to request a copy of any information I hold about you. If you would like to see some or all of this information there may be charge for accessing and preparing data.

You have the right to request that the personal data I hold on you is erased, in which case I would be obliged to delete all our email correspondence. I would also delete copies of any invoices I have sent you, once they were no longer needed for my own tax purposes.
